Charlottesville City Market Compost Program Staff - Part-Time

Looking for meaningful and fun part-time work? Black Bear Composting is looking to add energetic morning people to our composting program staff at the Charlottesville City Market on Saturday mornings. The ideal candidate is a responsible, punctual, composting/recycling enthusiast; duties include set-up/take down and monitoring of the composting/recycling stations, staffing the compost booth and recording program participation. The City Market season begins in April, and runs through October, with at least two Saturday shifts available per month (8am-2pm or 10:30am-2pm).

Compensation includes: $14/hour, a 50% discount on residential compost subscription, 20% discount off finished compost and that warm feeling from doing a good thing for the community.
