Seal of Testing Assurance — If it isn't STA compost, what is it?

Black Bear Composting is a member of the US Composting Council (USCC) and participates in the USCC's Seal of Testing Assurance (STA) program.

The STA program was derived by a consensus of leading compost scientists and helps compost buyers identify compost producers holding themselves to a higher level of accountability. The STA program establishes testing/reporting consistency and availability.
